  President Obama on Tuesday introduces Judge Sonia Sotomayor as his choice for the U.S. Supreme Court.         Sonia Sotomayor will most likely become the newest Supreme Court Judge. Sotomayor will be the first women of color to sit on the Supreme Court. She is certainly capable of doing the job.  Going into town with my dad as a youngster there were three rows of ramshackle wooden buildings just on the edge of town. When I was first old enough to notice them, they were vacant, sagging and weathered.   When I asked my dad what they were he told me they had been barracks for WPA workers.
